Connect the bag filter to the pipe that feeds water into your overhead or underground tank — most setups need no tools.

Water passes through the filter bag before entering the tank — sediment, rust, and debris get trapped in the bag while clean water flows through.

Clean or Replace the Bag
When the bag fills up with sediment, rinse it under running water or replace it. Cleaning takes 2 minutes and the filter is ready again.

Yes. It is designed for use with overhead water tank filtration setups and compatible 20-inch Big Blue-style housings. Please check your existing setup for compatibility before ordering.

Does this filter remove TDS or make hard water soft?
No. This is primarily a sediment filter. It is designed to reduce physical particles and does not remove dissolved TDS or completely soften hard water.

How often should I replace the filter?
Replacement frequency depends on your water quality and usage. If the filter becomes visibly dirty or water flow decreases, it's generally a good indication that it needs cleaning/replacement.

Can I wash and reuse the filter?
The filter can be rinsed when appropriate to remove loose surface dirt, but its filtration performance can decrease over time. Replace it when it becomes heavily soiled or water flow is significantly reduced.

Does it come with antiscalant balls?
Yes. The product package includes 10 antiscalant balls along with the filter set, as specified for this product.

Is this filter safe for drinking water?
This product is intended for sediment filtration in household water systems. It should not be considered a complete drinking-water purification system and does not replace a certified drinking-water purifier such as an RO/UV system where required.
